Private sessions that are tailored to your fitness goals health needs and interests.
2:1 Sessions
Share the cost with a friend of pair up with another trainee of mine with similar fitness goals.
Group Sessions
Join number of established group classes across the week, tailored to specific levels and goals, for example my Thursday evening Bootcamp which is open to mixed abilities.
Abs Friday
Connect online every Friday 1pm for a short 40 minute core session, free to all of my trainees.
Pre/postnatal
Start your prenatal training to prepare for a strong birth, or bring the wee one along to a postnatal fitness group.
Back injury
Heal your back problems with my specialised knowledge.
