My Mindset

Change

In order to change your fitness, it’s important to approach it in a way that makes you happy, and this begins with your mindset.

I believe in a holistic approach to health - connecting your mind and body through the pursuit of meaningful goals, in tandem with your mental health.

Grow

I mix styles such as Pilates, strength-training and Yoga techniques to increase flexibility whilst also creating stronger muscles over time.

We will discuss the benefits of gradual changes you can fit into your busy lifestyle so that you won’t even notice them. Then, before you know it, you’ll be beating your personal best and feeling stronger than you ever have before.

Heal

A lot of my clients started out with me due to an injury or underlying health problem. I am passionate about injury rehabilitation and have a strong interest in bio-mechanics.

I often work alongside a client’s physiotherapist, chiropractor or osteopath to create a programme that is individualised, practical and safe. I have a specialist qualification in lower back pain.

Enjoy

If training feels like a chore, it is simply not sustainable. I understand all too well the demands of London life, and I aim to create an enjoyable space where you can focus on yourself and reclaim some balance.

There are ample opportunities to make friends along the way with other trainees through group training and bootcamps, so that you can meet like-minded individuals and become a part of my extensive fitness family.
