1:1 sessions
My one-to-one sessions are the best ways to get results. I will tailor a package around your fitness goals, health needs and interests, and together we will set personalised targets and reach them.
We’ll make sure your fitness goals fit you, rather than the other way around.
Available online, at your home, or in the local area.
Group sessions
I run a number of established group classes across the week, which are tailored for specific levels and goals, for example my Thursday evening Bootcamp which is open to mixed abilities, or my online free abs zoom sessions every Friday Lunch.
If you are interested in joining these, please do get in touch, as there are occasional openings in these established groups, or opportunities to start new ones.

2:1 sessions
I also offer two for one sessions, for those with a partner, friend or training buddy, or looking to be paired up with another one of my trainees with similar fitness goals.
This works well for those who would like the additional support and motivation of working in a pair, and sharing the cost of personal training.

Bootcamp
I also offer a Bootcamp on a Thursday evening in Butterfield Green Park, Stoke Newington, which is open to mixed abilities.
All of my clients have also have access to my online weekly classes for no extra charge.
