When you train with me, we will set out your fitness goals together. I have a holistic approach to training, rooted in a collaborative relationship with my clients.
I will tailor a programme specifically for you, based on your fitness goals, whether it is to become stronger, fitter, lose weight or recover from injury. I use a range of equipment and techniques, to keep training exciting, varied and fun.
I mix styles such as Pilates, strength-training and Yoga techniques to increase flexibility while also creating stronger muscles.
Together we work towards sustainable and tangible change.
Feel Better
Perhaps you have had a recent surgery and want to regain lost strength or fitness, or want to use exercise as a preventative measure. I often work alongside client’s physiotherapist, chiropractor or osteopath to create a programme that is individualised, beneficial and safe.
For those who have experienced back or joint pain, or an underlying health condition which prevents you from being able to exercise, you will understand how debilitating this can be.
I’m passionate about finding a safe and successful route back to exercising for you. A specific area of interest for me is lower back pain, for which I hold a specialist qualification, and have helped a variety of clients alleviate this issue.

The key to sustainable fitness is to move in a way that feels good to you, and I understand that this is a very personal experience.
Because a lot of my clients started out with me due to an injury or underlying health problem, it’s essential to approach fitness with the intention of connecting with sensation.
In our sessions we’ll discuss the aches and pains you feel and how to alleviate them. The aim is to develop a deeper connection with your body and movement, rather than avoiding it.

If training feels like a chore, it is simply not sustainable. I understand all too well the demands of London life, and I aim to create an enjoyable space where you can focus on yourself and reclaim some balance. The benefits of this are evident, and one of the best parts of my job is seeing the difference not just in my client’s bodies, but in their mind and outlook too!
